    1. All intellectual property rights associated with recordings, mixes, masters, or other audio content created at Studio One Round remain the property of the client, subject to any agreements to the contrary.
    2. Studio One Round reserves the right to use samples of client work for promotional purposes, with the client’s consent.
  5. Liability
    1. Studio One Round takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of its facilities and equipment. However, clients are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety while on the premises.
    2. Studio One Round is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any injury or harm suffered by clients or their guests while on our premises.

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
